Booking Terms

(Effective from September 12, 2024)

Flexible Booking 🥰️

Things can change, I understand how it is. When you book your photo hide, you get the most flexible booking at no extra cost. You pay 7 days before the planned date and can change or cancel your booking without a registration fee up to 7 days before the scheduled date.

Invoicing and Payment

An invoice will be sent via email 7 days before your hide session. Payment is due via invoice within 14 days of the invoice date.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made later than 7 days before the booked session, full payment is required.

Cancelled Bookings

In the case of a session being canceled due to unforeseen circumstances by Photo Hides Sweden, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued. However, please note that costs incurred for transport, accommodation, equipment, or similar are not reimbursed.

Liability Waiver

I am not responsible for any damages, losses, or accidents that occur due to your own actions during your stay in the hide.

Responsibility Distribution

My Responsibility (Niklas Virsén/Photo Hides Sweden):

• You will receive confirmation of your booking.
• Necessary documents and other details will be provided in good time.
• The services you purchase will match the description. I am not responsible for promises made by anyone other than myself (Niklas Virsén).
• You will be informed of any significant changes related to your booking.

Limitations of My Responsibility

When photographing wildlife and birds, Photo Hides Sweden can never guarantee that you will get good photography opportunities or that we will see the specific animal or bird. Wildlife and birds are unpredictable, and I cannot influence their movement patterns or behavior. I will never disturb the animals to enhance the photography opportunities.

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for your own camera equipment and related items during your hide session.
• You are responsible for arriving on time at the meeting point or hide.
• I am not financially responsible for any damage to cameras, lenses, or other photography-related equipment, or other personal belongings such as clothing, backpacks, etc. This should be covered by your own insurance company.
• You must check your booking confirmation immediately upon receipt. Any errors must be reported immediately.
• You are responsible for monitoring your email for messages from Photo Hides Sweden.

Badger Guarantee

If you do not see a badger during your session, you have the right to use Photo Hides Sweden’s badger guarantee. This means you can return once more during the badger season, at a time of your choosing and when the hide is available. Please note that any associated costs, such as accommodation, will not be reimbursed. I always check the trail camera after each visit. If it turns out that a badger was present during the night but went unnoticed by you, the badger guarantee does not apply.
